Terms & Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All quotations, prices, and discounts are subject to change without notice, prior to acceptance of purchases by PMBC unless otherwise specified, all prices are F.O.B. point of shipment. Prices do not include any sales or use taxes, which may be imposed by any government body. Such taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any modification in the specifications after order has been started, are subject to extra charges for any labor or material involved.

PAYMENT TERMS

Open account customers will be net-30 from invoice date on standard items. Special Mold Bases or Timesavers Mold Bases ® with special work will be subject to a 50 percent deposit with order, balance to be Net-30 from invoice date. Customers without current credit history with PMBC, and / or a deposit with their order will be subject to payment on delivery C.O.D. Delinquent accounts over thirty days past due will be subject to a service charge of 1-1/2 percent - - 18 percent APR Per month, on the unpaid balance.

DELIVERY

Shipping schedules are estimated based on current backlogs and material availability. Every effort will be made to meet these estimates. Delivery routing will be based on your instructions. If not specified, we will ship by the best way in accordance with past experience. Shipping dates will be computed from the date of order acceptance by PMBC or from the date the complete information required for manufacture is received by PMBC.

RETURNED GOODS

No goods are returnable without prior approval and pre-paid transportation. All items are subject to our inspection before any credit will be allowed. Special or Timesavers Mold Bases ® or items involving special material or custom work cannot be returned. A minimum re-stocking charge of 15 percent will be made upon all returned items. No goods are returnable after thirty days of receipt. Special Note No credit will be allowed for any additional labor cost expended on our products.

CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation charge of 15 percent plus labor and material will be imposed on any special mold base that is canceled.

RESERVES

Precision Mold Base reserves the right to delete items, make improvements, changes or modifications on mold bases manufactured by PMBC without incurring any liabilities for such changes.

Finished pocket and bores length, width, and depth, + or - .001
Pocket match, plate to plate + or - .001
Bottom pocket taper + or - .001 per foot
