Timesaver Mold Base® advantages

DESIGN TIME

One of the basic ideas in developing the Timesaver Mold Base® is to save you valuable design time. You can have the mold base in-house even before the mold design is completed. Also for your configuration needs, you can interchange the stationary and the ejection halves between pocket and bore style timersavers.

LEAD TIME

A finished mold base is the longest lead time component in your mold making process. A Timesaver Mold Base ® shortens that lead time They are on the shelf with pre-finished pockets or bores, guided ejection, knock outs, eye-bolts, and pry slots. Shortening lead times earns you a hero badge with your customer.

MANUFACTURING TIME

Consider the time saved not having to finish pockets or bores, install the ejector guides, knock outs, eyebolts, and pry slots. Typically, all you need to add to your Timesaver Mold Base ® are the ejector pins, water lines on pocket bases, and, if needed, support posts.
