DESIGN TIME


One of the basic ideas in developing the Timesaver Mold Base ® is to save you valuable design time, you can have the mold base in-house even before the mold design is completed. Also for your configuration needs you can interchange the stationary and the ejection halfs between pocket and bore style timersavers

MANUFACTURING TIME


Consider the time saved not having to finish pockets or bores, install the ejector guides, knock outs, eye bolts, and pry slots. Typically, all you need to add to your Timesaver Mold Base ® are the ejector pins, water lines on pocket bases, and if needed support posts.
