  WHIP!® enables you to access DWF drawings over Internet, without using CAD.
  Again it is only for Windows NT 4.0, Windows95, Windows98.

  We utilize a JAVA DWF viewer from ArNoNa CADViewer.
  No installation by you is required, plugin, or other wise,
  This Java viewer works on all platforms, with a JAVA capable web browser, and it provides Windows, Macintosh, and Unix users with DWF viewing capabilities just like WHIP!, Although it is slower.
  The ArNoNa CADViewer is the only Java-based DWF viewer recommended by Autodesk
